When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your online order and up to 8 business days for USPS Media Mail shipping. You will be notified by email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships. Delivery dates for Standard shipping are not guaranteed.

How do you estimate shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of your order once packaged, as well as its destination. You will be able to estimate your shipping costs online before entering payment information.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via United States Postal Service Media Mail Insured. Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery from date of shipping and please allow 1-3 business days for processing your online order.

Ordering

By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.

Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. We do not have to accept your order. For example, we will not accept your order if:

  • We do not have the products in stock

  • Your payment is not authorized

  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products

  • You have canceled your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returning Products After Sending/Refunds

Each item sold through Marisadejesus.com website is guaranteed, and we make every effort for you to receive your item in excellent condition. We also place insurance on your item via the United States Postal Service in case of any damage to your item via transit. If you are not satisfied with the item after receiving it, contact us for a refund/return of the payment price. Please check the condition of your item. We would expect to be informed of any damages within 72 hours of receipt.

If you return your item other than the reason of the return being due to damage, please note returns must be in clean, saleable condition (e.g. no tears, bent jackets, scuffs, discoloration, etc.) For items returned in an unsaleable condition, A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC reserves the right to refuse credit for the returned item, send back at the customer’s expense, or A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC may, at its discretion, issue credit subject to a $.50 per unit chargeback. A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC is not responsible for items returned in error.

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U.S. Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase. The forms of payment this site accepts are credit and/or debit cards.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Marisadejesus.com website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Marisadejesus.com will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Marisadejesus.com directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

Delivery Information

For products that require shipping, we will email you as soon as your order has been shipped, and will advise of the shipping method, if any, at that time.

Media Mail

2–8 Business Days depending on the location where you are being shipped to. Media Mail is a cost-effective way to send media, which includes books, and educational materials. Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time.

FILING A CLAIM BY Marisadejesus.com

The filing period for USPS Media Mail with Insurance is based on the mailing date on Marisadejesus.com receipt.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, based on the shipping method selected (USPS Media Mail Insured if chosen) while making your purchase, please email us at marisa@marisadejesus.com since this may be a lost package. If your order is a lost package, customers have 15 days from the shipment date to notify Marisadejesus.com of the status of their package. After that time the ability to file a claim for a lost package is closed by Marisadejesus.com.

If your order(s) arrives damaged or is missing items, customers have 72 hours from the shipment date to notify Marisadejesus.com of any damages or missing items since Marisadejesus.com will need to file a claim immediately and Marisadejesus.com can file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. After that time the ability to file a claim for a damaged/missing items package is closed by Marisadejesus.com.

Proof of Damage

If your order(s) is/are insured, arrives damaged, photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection later.
