Returning Products After Sending/Refunds

Each product sold through Marisadejesus.com website is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for a refund/return of the payment price. Please check the condition of your item. We would expect to be informed of any damages within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns must be in clean, saleable condition (e.g. no tears, bent jackets, scuffs, discoloration, etc.) For products returned in an unsaleable condition, A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC reserves the right to refuse credit for the returned product, send back at the customer’s expense, or A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC may, at its discretion, issue credit subject to a $.50 per unit chargeback. A Caribbean Experience Con Amor, LLC is not responsible for items returned in error.

· The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for Buying Products Online
